The One Stop Shop is a weekly service available to all ages held at the SureStart Centre in High Street, Margate in a safe and secure environment whereby individuals can access advice from agencies such as Police domestic abuse officers, Citizens advice, housing specialists, legal advice (injunctions, child contact orders etc.) and Women’s Aid services. 

In response to a questionnaire piloted this summer regarding the One Stop Shop, 12 people stated that the time did not work for them, 5 people stated that the time of the drop-in was the reason for non-attendance; and 5 people suggested that 9:30-10:00 would be a more suitable time for them.

In light of this the 6 Bells One Stop Shop will switch to 10-12 am on a Wednesday as of 21st September. We will operate an on-call system during 1-3 and 6 Bells will pass this on to anyone who arrives at this time for advice. The Freedom phone number is 07926 842 183 and will be held by staff at Oasis.
